Job CrAIfting: Redesigning Jobs with AI
This program builds on the foundational knowledge gained in the AI Literacy and Aptitude course, guiding participants through the process of redesigning their jobs using the principles of Job Crafting and leveraging AI. Participants create a collaborative intelligence design to enhance their job roles with AI, leading to improved job satisfaction, impact, and career growth.
